Service Contractors

Lochinvar, LLC. provides a service contractor locator on the company website for customers to find a local service provider. This locator resource uses a database created from a list of contractors we have developed through signed provider agreements, past work history, and completed product training.

To obtain a listing in our locator resource as a service contractor, you must submit a signed provider agreement and be approved by the appropriate regional manager and our national service manager. To retain this listing, you must stay current with product training.

This is achieved by doing one of the following:

• Attend one (1) service school a year at Lochinvar University in Lebanon, Tennessee.
• Attend one (1) regional school a year led by one of our Technical Trainers or local representative (documentation required).
• Complete (2) online courses within a year using the LochinvarU.com website.
